here is what you can expect:

Calming, presence boosting meditation: practice this to reduce your anxiety and bring you back into alignment with yourself. This will amplify your intentions and ensure you stay fully present with yourself and others.

This meditation is about 15 minutes long.

Practice it while sitting comfortably in a chair or cross-legged on the floor with a cushion or two. Whichever posture you take, ensure that your hips are slightly higher than your knees (this may mean you need an extra cushion for elevation especially if you’re tall) and that your pelvis is tilted slightly forward. This will ensure the correct flow of energy and prevent sleepiness.
