There’s No Way I Can Meditate!

That is what I believed for most of my life.

Meditating just wasn’t something I ever thought I’d be able to do as my mind was too busy and I’d get bored after 5 minutes.

After a long ‘successful’ career in finance and marketing in my 20’s living in Sydney and London, I was plagued with underlying anxiety and depression.

I felt trapped in a prison of my own mind. It didn’t matter what job I did, how supportive my partner could be, or which therapist I saw, I couldn’t shake it off.

After a lot of angst about whether to leave the corporate world in my early 30’s, I finally took the plunge and delved into Buddhist Meditation.

After my first retreat nothing was ever the same.  

Finally, I understood how to master my anxiety and create happiness from within.

Fast forward another decade and I’ve had the privilege to work with clients all over the world online and in person.

I’ve studied and practiced Tibetan Buddhism, Wellness & Relationship Coaching and Counselling with some of the world’s best teachers.

It is my firm belief that when you transform the relationship with yourself, ALL the relationships in your life transform.

From crippling self-doubt and anxiety, I’ve now been able to heal myself and help others increase their self-esteem, reduce anxiety and have successful relationships.

And it starts with coming into right relationship with yourself.

Constant self doubt, judgment and people pleasing only keep you locked in a never ending cycle of suffering.

This brings me to you…

Through coaching, counselling and meditation you too can come back into alignment with yourself and transform your relationships.

Because when you’re in alignment i.e. Right Relationship to yourself, life becomes easeful.

That partner you’ve been waiting for, the dream job you’ve been looking for, the motivation you’ve been seeking, start to manifest as you keep getting your ‘self’ out of the way.

Your negative self-talk, self-doubt and anxiety begin to reduce and instead you start to feel confident, calm and connected.

You may not realise it, but you already have the ability to feel this.

When the mind learns to calm down, you can regulate your nervous system which leads to a feeling of being back in control.

Your happiness is an inside job

Through meditation and coaching you can calm your mind and come back into vibrational alignment with who you really are. 

Don’t settle for your old limited ideas about yourself, what you’re capable of and how your life ‘should’ be.

Instead - deepen your connection with yourself and others and begin to let go.
